We want you to be happy with your Team Awside order. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the situation.

BEFORE REQUESTING A RETURN

Please contact Team Awside before returning any item. Items sent back without first contacting us may not be accepted.

When contacting us, please include your order number and a clear description of the issue. Photos may be requested if the product arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Return eligibility depends on the product, its condition and the circumstances of the request.

Items must generally be unworn, unused and in their original condition. Products showing signs of wear, washing, damage or alteration may not be eligible for return.

WRONG OR DAMAGED ITEM

If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective item, please contact Team Awside promptly after receiving your order.

Include your order number and clear photos of the product and the issue so we can review your request and determine the appropriate solution.

SIZE & FIT

Please review the size information provided before ordering. If you are unsure about sizing, contact us before placing your order.

A product that fits differently than expected is not considered defective.

CUSTOM & MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS

Some Team Awside products may be produced specifically after an order is placed. Return or exchange eligibility for custom, personalized or made-to-order products may be limited.

REFUNDS

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times after a refund is issued may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

SHIPPING COSTS

Original shipping charges and return shipping costs may not be refundable unless the return is due to an error with the order or a defective product, as determined by Team Awside.

CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel or modify an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production, processing or shipment, cancellation or modification may no longer be possible.
